Billing and Cancellation

The free inspection provides an overall score, four category scores, three findings, and one quick win at no cost. The complete report is a one-time purchase that unlocks all findings. Monthly monitoring provides recurring scans for an ongoing fee.

One-time report purchases are charged once and grant access to that report. They do not renew and do not include ongoing monitoring.

Monthly monitoring is a subscription billed each month. It continues until you cancel. New scans run on a recurring schedule so you can track changes over time.

Your billing date is based on the date your subscription starts. Payments are processed automatically each month on that date.

You can cancel monthly monitoring at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, after which monitoring stops.

One-time report purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact inspectrank@gmail.com.

If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be notified in advance. Changes apply to future billing periods.
